The last thing I learned to make was Philly cheese steak. It was much easier than I imagined, the most difficult part was only chopping the peppers and onions as well as getting the proper amount of spices. To make it you just chop the onions and green peppers(or whatever peppers you may prefer) and drop it into a frying pan. Then you saute these ingredients and add some garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Shortly before it finishes you toss in slices of beef, or any form of beef or similar meat. You then either stir it to fine bits, or into chunks and brown it all. Add spices as needed. Afterwards, you would put it on a hoagie with provolone cheese on either side. You then set the oven to broil(550 degrees) and put it in the oven for 2 to 3 minutes at the most and melt the cheese and brown the bread. Then you are done. The entire process should take 40 to 50 mins for a fairly inexperienced cook. Review: Could've used more salt and pepper so increase the amount in the recipe based on taste

I made spaghetti, and some garlic bread as a side that was bought prepared so I won't be including it. Spaghetti is quite easy but it does take a while. You start out by chopping onions or peppers if you'd prefer, and mixing it in a pot or pan and frying it until brown. We chose venison or deer meat for ours but store bought hamburger works just as well. After browned and fried, you add in Ragu or Prego spaghetti sauce preferably, and salt, pepper, and other spices as well as oregano. Then you let it simmer for 30 to 40 minutes between stirring, it doesn't really matter. Then you would want to boil spaghetti noodles on full for 12 to 15 minutes, or until soft, the you combine the two. At this point you have spaghetti.
Review: Great but could use some more seasoning, based on taste, yet again At this point I plan to learn how to make chili. The ingredients needed are essentially just whatever you want to throw in given that you taste it as you go. I found that bear works best but can be done with beef, and that a lot of pepper, peppers, onions, and good tomato sauce helps out, I used green bell peppers and red sweet peppers. You don’t have to sauté the peppers and onions or anything but you do have to brown the meat(whatever it may be) beforehand, otherwise it won’t be fully cooked and safe to eat.
Review: “Good but could use more seasoning.” Disclaimer: Some minor changes may not be mentioned as they are confidential. I learned how to cook cornbread, which can be used as a side or sometimes as a main course depending. It is fairly easy to make, it really only requires self rising cornmeal, self rising flour, eggs, and milk. Certain ingredients can also be used but the one I used is confidential. You can throw in a few different dairy substances to improve the quality of the cornbread which is closer to cake than bread in the way it's prepared. You throw the ingredients mentioned above and sort of trial and error with other dairy products. After mixing it up, preferably with an electric mixer until it is a batter-like substance, you simply bake it a 350 degrees for around 30 mins, or until it is a golden brown color.
Personal review: The best I've ever had Parental review: It's great, no changes should be made I learned how to make an omelet at this point. It was fairly difficult, for me anyways. The ingredients are easy to find, there isn't very many, and making it is extremely simple. The only thing that makes it difficult is actually cooking it. In order to flip it properly you have to have a small enough pan and big enough spatula as it is really hard to pick up without the omelet slipping off. Prior to this, however you chop onions, peppers, add ham, salt, and pepper as well as the eggs dependent on how many people you're serving. Then you stir the eggs, put the uniformly yolk colored eggs on the frying pan and continue to keep it from sticking to the pan and burning. The process doesn't take long, but flipping it is difficult, luckily you will only flip it once or twice. When the egg is solid it is complete.
Review: Slightly burnt and bland My first recipe is a very simple one that most know, grilled cheese. I expected to be able to make this very well and without thought as the only ingredients are bread, butter, and cheese. I met my own standard. I found that an absurd amount of butter makes the sandwich both more visually appealing to most, but makes it taste better as well. The amount of butter makes the sandwich unhealthy, but crispy. I discovered that this would certainly be my easiest and I had some prior knowledge about it specifically going into it. It only takes around 5 to 10 mins per sandwich if the stove top is properly heated not to burn, or fill your house with smoke, but to be fairly efficient.
