The last thing I learned to make was Philly cheese steak. It was much easier than I imagined, the most difficult part was only chopping the peppers and onions as well as getting the proper amount of spices. To make it you just chop the onions and green peppers(or whatever peppers you may prefer) and drop it into a frying pan. Then you saute these ingredients and add some garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Shortly before it finishes you toss in slices of beef, or any form of beef or similar meat. You then either stir it to fine bits, or into chunks and brown it all. Add spices as needed. Afterwards, you would put it on a hoagie with provolone cheese on either side. You then set the oven to broil(550 degrees) and put it in the oven for 2 to 3 minutes at the most and melt the cheese and brown the bread. Then you are done. The entire process should take 40 to 50 mins for a fairly inexperienced cook. Review: Could've used more salt and pepper so increase the amount in the recipe based on taste

How did it all turn out? I love phillies, but I've never actually tried to make one for myself.
