The real art and recipe behind scrambled eggs is almost non existent. It's simple and most understand how to make it but there are a couple of keys to making it better that I've learned through this project. Milk, seasoning, and cooking in the grease of something made prior, ours was country ham but bacon is great too. Other than this you just put it on low to medium heat and keep it from sticking to the pan and it will all come together. As with most other things on the site, no measurements, just go by taste.
Review: Better than the typical recipe of literally just eggs.

Next, I made potato soup, It's extremely easy to make and not very time consuming. To make it you must get any sort of potatoes into a form similar to what it would be stewed. then you put in bacon grease and butter in the pot with potatoes and milk, cream cheese, chicken broth, cheddar cheese, Velveeta, sour cream, bacon bits, and heavy whipping cream. There are no real measurements in my method, just dump everything rather evenly and judge by taste. You simply stir these ingredients until it reaches a boil, then you leave it for around a half hour on a low boil. After that it is done, and again, very easy.
Review: Great! No real concern other than some better brand bacon bits that aren't as chewy. This week I learned to make the well known Italian dish, Chicken Alfredo. I chose a very low budget recipe, not involving noodle, but good nonetheless. In order to make it, you first boil chicken breasts until complete, and no longer hazardous, should take about 15 to 20 mins. Then you let it cool outside of water, you then shred the chicken with a mixer, and dump in alfredo sauce, I chose Classico by name brand and everything else is the cheapest Great Value product possible. Then you get steamed brocolli and zucchini, or any vegetable of your choice, avoiding the ones that don't complement its overall flavor of course, and mix it in a bowl, by hand. Then you put it in a pan and bake it until the cheese begins to bubble and browns around the edges.
All seasoning is done by taste rather than measurements. Review: Would've done well with more seasoning, but good overall. I expected it to be significantly more difficult, but it turns out that buffalo chicken dip is extremely easy to make, all it requires is hot sauce of your choice, ranch dressing, canned chicken, or any chicken, cream cheese, and at least one, preferably two other types of cheeses. All it takes is to put 3/4 cups of hot sauce(I used Texas Pete) and 1 cup ranch with all the other ingredients listed above, and stir with a battery powered mixer. Then you put in a small baking pan and bake it until the edges are slightly browned, then you turn the temperature up to 550 or so to bake the cheese to a yellow brownish color. Then you are done.
