At this point I plan to learn how to make chili. The ingredients needed are essentially just whatever you want to throw in given that you taste it as you go. I found that bear works best but can be done with beef, and that a lot of pepper, peppers, onions, and good tomato sauce helps out, I used green bell peppers and red sweet peppers. You don’t have to sauté the peppers and onions or anything but you do have to brown the meat(whatever it may be) beforehand, otherwise it won’t be fully cooked and safe to eat.
