I learned how to make an omelet at this point. It was fairly difficult, for me anyways. The ingredients are easy to find, there isn't very many, and making it is extremely simple. The only thing that makes it difficult is actually cooking it. In order to flip it properly you have to have a small enough pan and big enough spatula as it is really hard to pick up without the omelet slipping off. Prior to this, however you chop onions, peppers, add ham, salt, and pepper as well as the eggs dependent on how many people you're serving. Then you stir the eggs, put the uniformly yolk colored eggs on the frying pan and continue to keep it from sticking to the pan and burning. The process doesn't take long, but flipping it is difficult, luckily you will only flip it once or twice. When the egg is solid it is complete.
Review: Slightly burnt and bland
