This week I learned to make the well known Italian dish, Chicken Alfredo. I chose a very low budget recipe, not involving noodle, but good nonetheless. In order to make it, you first boil chicken breasts until complete, and no longer hazardous, should take about 15 to 20 mins. Then you let it cool outside of water, you then shred the chicken with a mixer, and dump in alfredo sauce, I chose Classico by name brand and everything else is the cheapest Great Value product possible. Then you get steamed brocolli and zucchini, or any vegetable of your choice, avoiding the ones that don't complement its overall flavor of course, and mix it in a bowl, by hand. Then you put it in a pan and bake it until the cheese begins to bubble and browns around the edges.
All seasoning is done by taste rather than measurements. Review: Would've done well with more seasoning, but good overall.
